1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic beads is spherical shaped blasting media,which has the similar chemical compostion with zirconium
silicate beads, but it is different from zirconium silicate beads. Since ceramic beads also contains 7-13%
Al2O3, it selects high quality zircon sand as main materials,then made by fusion technology,while the main
chemical compostion of zirconium silicate beads is 65% ZrO2 and 25-30% SiO2,it selects zirconia powder
as main material,then made by sintering process.
