1. Product Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting 
Ceramic blasting media is also called as zirconia sand, it selects the high quality zircon sand as main
material by electric fusion method,finally made into different microbeads. Its unique internal crystal
structure ensures its high hardness and good impact resistance.
 
It has the characteristics of good sphericity and perfect smooth surface,low breakdown-rate,which will
provide one clean and bright sandblasting environment, meanwhile its stable chemical inertness ensures
zero pollution to the treated workpieces.
 
Compared with glass beads, the severice life of ceramic blasting media will be prolonged 20 times,it can
replace glass beads where one clean and high efficient blasting working condition is required.

4. Precautions for using ceramic Blasting Media
Store in dry Indoor environment: temperature 35± 15℃, relative humidity 45-85%
Product validity: three years
Use it up within 30 days after sealing off
Suggest to wear a mask to protect the worker
Please kindly open 1/3 to 1/2 vest of dust collector,When using ceramic beads for the first time.
