- 3. Applications
Ceramic beads blasting media is widely used for metal surface sandblasting treatment, especially for stainless steel sandblasting to get matte finish.
Stainless steel sandblasting is the most common surface treatment process. It is powered by compressing air to spray the ceramic beads abrasive at high speed to the metal surface for sandblasting treatment. The surface of the stainless steel sheet makes the outer surface undergo a qualitative change, the light illuminates the surface of the stainless steel to form diffuse reflection, and then get a matte treatment.
- 4. Applicable Equipment
Dry sandblasting machine and Wet sandblasting machine.
There are two different types of blasting equipment for stainless steel blasting, namely dry blasting or wet blasting.
Dry sandblasting is characterized by fast efficiency and requires dust treatment.
Wet blasting is characterized by no dust generation and high efficiency.
