The manual deburring process has low efficiency, incomplete burr removal, and easily scratches the surface of the workpiece during the deburring process.

Nylon sand is soft and weak, and has a long service life. It can be used in sandblasting guns to deburr mobile phone shells. Generally, 0.30-0.50mm nylon sand is used.
