DESCRIPTION OF CERAMIC BEADS

The ceramic beads is made of zircon sand imported from Australia as the main material, adopts advanced technology formula, and is smelted and blown into fine beads after smelting in high temperature above 2000 degrees. With high hardness and surface smoothness, it can be recycled and reused repeatedly, reducing the number of refills. Wide range of particle size from B20 to B505, strong optionality, and can be matched with various types of sandblasting machines.

The ceramic beads hardness up to 700HV -800HV ensures that the ceramic beads can be used for shot peening of high strength and high strength structural parts. Small deformation ensures that the shape of the projectile does not change in the process of impact. The sphericity of the ceramic beads improves the stability of the quality of the shot peening parts.

APPLICATION OF CERAMIC BEADS 

It is often used for sandblasting cleaning of castings and forging parts,  inner and outer walls of pipes, metal parts deblur.and molds cleaning.
At the same time, it can also be used for sandblasting cleaning for below cases: Cleaning rust layer on metal, residual salt and oxide layer on the surface of heat-treated parts, oxide layer on the surface of rolling parts, oxide layer on the surface of forging parts, oxide layer on the surface of welding parts, molding sand and oxide layer on the surface of castings, machine tool The residual dirt and tiny burrs on the surface of the added parts, the surface of the old parts, etc. are treated to remove the surface adhesion layer and reveal the true color of the substrate.
