Ceramic Beads sand blasting media is made of zirconium powder through a special production process and pretreatment, then made at over 2000°C high temperature. Especially it is suitable for the shot blasting during the process of metal parts production and maintenance and peen forming of light alloy components.
Ceramic beads has very good impact strength and toughness, high hardness and surface smoothness, and it can be recycled repeatedly.
