Product Introduction

Water Based alkyd emulsion WL-310B-12 is a kind of fast drying one component resin, has the features of fast drying, no odor, good adhesion, good chemical resistance, is preferable material for anti rust, anti corrosive coatings for all kinds of outdoor steel structure and metal .

Which is composed of waterborne alkyed resin, neutralizing agent, co-solvent and water.

• Viscosity: <2000 mPa.s (Rotary viscometer)
• Non-volatile material: 42.0 ± 2% (120℃/30min)
• pH:7.0-9.0 (pH meter)
• Appearance: white to light brown liquid
• TVOC: ≤7%
• Fineness:≤25%(um)

Storage Condition

The product can be stored stably under alkaline conditions, and will settle and layer under acidic conditions, which is especially obvious when acidic pigments are added. The shelf life is 6 months, if the test passes the expiration date, it can be used continuously.
