Production and Materials
KANGBO implements the true modular design of rack and pinion hoists, standardization and fine finishing of lifts parts and spare parts, and assembly line production. The material elevator components are versatile and universal.
Main structure frame are made of 16Mn and Q345 high strength cold roll steel plate, cut by laser, process by CNC machines in tool fixtures, welded by robots.
The construction lift cage roof is made of a full steel plate, and the edges of the roof are totally welded by robot, to ensure never water leakage and higher strength of the construction hoist cage.
Standard Configuration
There is a small crane for conenient assembly of the construction lift.
In single cage configuration.
The construction rack and pinion elevators are Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting and stopping.
