Production and Materials
KANGBO implements the true modular design of rack and pinion hoists, standardization and fine finishing of lifts parts and spare parts, and assembly line production. The material elevator components are versatile and universal.
The construction material elevator structural parts are made of 16Mn and Q345 high strength steel.
Main structure frame are made of 16Mn and Q345 high strength cold roll steel plate, cut by laser, process by CNC machines in tool fixtures, welded by robots.
The construction lift cage roof is made of a full steel plate, and the edges of roof are totally welded, to ensure there is no water leakage, and make the hoist cages with high strength.
