Construction Material Hoist is driven by rack and pinion, used on construction site for transportation of personnel and materials. Hoist function degree is A8. It is installed and dismounted conveniently and can grow as high as the building grow in height. This hoist has reliable electrical and mechanical safety device. It's efficient and safety vertical transporting equipment.
Man And Material Hoist Design
It is the truly modular rack and pinion hoist design, so the elevator drive devices and cars are generic and interchangeable.

Production and Materials
KANGBO implements the true modular design of rack and pinion hoists, standardization and fine finishing of lifts parts and spare parts, and assembly line production. The material elevator components are versatile and universal.
Main structure frame are made of 16Mn and Q345 high strength cold roll steel plate, cut by laser, process by CNC machines in tool fixtures, welded by robots.
The construction lift cage roof is made by a full steel plate, and the edges are totally welded, to ensure no water leakage and high strength.
Man And Material Hoist Configuration
There is the additional 'C' door at cage side for convenient loading/unloading.
Available in single or twin hoist cage configuration.
The construction rack and pinion elevators are Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting and stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the hoist is optional.
Lighting inside construction elevator car is LED ceiling lamp
The construction material hoist cage roof doors are equipped with Interlock.
Equipped with hoist drop test facility with remote control.
