Construction Material Lifting Hoist Introduction 

Our building hoist payload capacity is as much as 3200kg, lifting speed can reach up to 46m/min, and the erection height reaches up to 450m. Beside the normal type, our company has also designed and manufacturered specialized hoists for construction of special building, such as curve, slope, twin mast, large tonnage and small size industrial building hoist and so on .We put the quality of products the first place all the time, we import reliable electric components from Europe, the steel structure is semi-automatically welding shaped. The mast section can be steel painting or galvanized. At the mean time, the cage size can be designed according to the customers'need.
 

Configuration

There is a electrical small crane available to facilitate the assembly of columns and doors on the floors.
Available in single or twin hoist cage configuration.
The construction rack and pinion elevators are Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting and stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the hoist is optional.
Lighting inside construction elevator car is LED ceiling lamp
The construction material hoist cage roof doors are equipped with Interlock.

Optional equipment

An intelligent elevator control system, Multi-function Control System, with functions of fault detect, display and alarm, and automatic cage landing/stop and floor selector, is available.
Automatic greasing machine for rack and pinion elevator is availble.
