Model ZDZ-52T/1B2,ZDZ-52T/1B3 vacuum gauge can achieve continuous measurement and control for 1×10E5～1×10E-1Pa, and have analog signal output( 0-5V and 4-20mA). Interface Rs232 and RS485 as option. This ZDZ-52T-1B2, has 2 contol loops, the control accuracy can reach ±1%.
ZDZ-52T-1B2 is rack amount type.
