WYP type rolling bearing intelligent press-fitting unit is suitable for automatic press-fitting of rolling bearings of metro and moving wheels.
The pressing unit is mainly composed of rolling bearing pressing machine, wheel feeding mechanism, hydraulic system, electric control system and bucket robot.

When working, the robot pre-installs the bearings, the wheel sending mechanism sends the wheel pairs into and out of the station, the press-fitting machine automatically presses the bearings, generates the press-fitting curves, judges the press-fitting results, and connects the press-fitting information.
The whole process is controlled by computer, and the automatic operation of bearing pressing is realized. The equipment has applied for four national invention patents and entered the actual trial stage, and has been authorized by three national utility model patents.
