Description of Wheelset Bull Gear Press:

CYJ - Bull Gear Press-Mounting Machine is a special equipment designed for the compaction of split type gearboxes and gear around accessories of the railway vehicles, subways, and light rail wheelsets as well as the assembly of driven gears and bull gears. The vertical side pull plate gantry frame structure design layout has the advantages of high strength, stable and accurate equipment operation, easy operation, safety and reliability, convenient for material loading and unloading, and small on-site floor space, which is convenient for operators to observe and operate. According to the different axle types, the most suitable press force can be selected.

The structure of the whole device is compact, and the connection between materials loading and unloading and the material system is reasonable. Its advanced level and automation level are already the domestic leading level. The machine adopts both computer and manual control, with functions of input and output of various related data and real-time monitoring.
