Description of Rail Cargo Mine Wagon:

The vehicle is a type of mine wagon unloading from bottom (hereinafter referred as mine wagon), which can be accomplished by means of gravity and unloading curved rails to complete the unloading operation with the bottom downwards and is suitable for transporting ore in the mine roadway.

The mine wagon is mainly composed of carriage, movable chassis, coupler buffer device, wheel-axle device, and etc. The chassis and the end of the carriage are hinged, and the base frame can be rotated around the rotation axle; and the unloading roller is arranged in the middle of the rear axle of the mine car. The support beams are arranged symmetrically along both sides of the track for supporting the wagon carriage when the vehicle enters the unloaded curved track area. When the mine wagon is running on the transport line, the goods are carried by the under frame and the carriage. When the mine wagon enters the unloading curved track, the supporting roller is used to support the running of the carriage by the idler, and the movable chassis is opened and closed by gravity along the unloading curved track through the unloading wheel to complete the unloading operation.
