Description of Railway Bogie RTHZ18:
This kind of bogie is mainly used for low-speed and heavy-load wagon. It is mainly composed of frame, wheelset, axle box and guide frame.
The bogie mainly adopts a welded frame type structure. The frame consists of two sets of side beams, two sets of cross beams and one set of middle beam. Two rigid side bearings are arranged on both sides of the frame. The wheels are made of integral silicon steel wheels; self-aligning roller bearings are used, and the springs adopt three-stage spring stiffness. The parts where connecting the bogie and the vehicle are made of non-metallic materials such as nylon and rubber.
The bogie is simple in structure, reliable in strength, and convenient in operation and maintenance.
