Description of Wheelset Rolling Press:

GLJ - Wheelset Rolling Machine (hereinafter referred to as the rolling machine) is used for direct (inverse) rotation of the wagon wheelsets of the railway vehicles, and it is used for manual UT, brushing paint remover, artificial painting, positioning rotation during journal cleaning of various wagon wheelsets such as 60t and 70t wagons.

The rolling machine is installed in the pit of the workshop. When it is working, the wheel set shall be pushed into the work station of the rolling machine. The piston rod of the cylinder rises and rises against the platform to lift it. The supporting wheel holds the wheel to the rim and raises the wheel set. The tread of the wheel set is detached from the rail, a motor control switch is started, a support wheel is driven, and the wheel set is driven to rotate at a prescribed speed.
