Application:
Standing Seam Metal Roofing is a fully interlocking roof system. Its unique design mechanical-lock design forms a weather-tight unit, and unlike some other types of panel metal roofs, no rivets or screws are exposed on the surface of the panels. It may be installed on new construction or applied over existing roofs. All trims and caps are designed to ensure an integrated weather-proof roof.
Usually, the material thickness varies from 0.4-0.8mm, but some other concealed fix standing seam roofing, like standing seam roof sheets are thick from 0.8-1.2mm.The material width for a standing seam panel covers from 400mm-1000mm, while a regular roof panel roll forming machine handle with the material of widths at least 914mm and max. 49″ widths.
