Overview
Battery modules are assembled with well-prepared battery pack, builtin BMS / PCB (protection circuit board) and metal box as a whole
system. Customer can parallel config the modules to increase capacity or series config the modules to increase the voltage, but should follow
the instructions of engineers suggested.

Remarks
Different current needs different BMS, so please secify the charge / discharge current for module customize, also the cost of module will have slight difference on BMS selection.Here are two kinds of terminal output, S-type and D-type. S-type will only offer 1 set of wire with 2 leads as "+" and "-" for both charge and discharge. D-type offer 2 sets wires, each wire has 2 leads of "+" and "-", 1 set for charge and another for discharge. S-type cost is higher than D-type.
Quality and Guarantee
For our lithium batteries, we assure do safety test as below to guarantee good quality.
- Impact test, a cell is to be placed on the impact flat. A Φ15.8mm bar is to be placed on the center of the cell. A 9.1kg weight is to be dropped from a height of 610mm onto the cell, the distortion is allowed. No fire, no explosion.
- Crush test, a cell is to be placed on the crush flat, the axis is parallel to the crush flat, It is to be crushed between two flat surfaces. Crushing force is approximately 13 KN and hold for 1 min. No fire, no explosion.
- Heating test, a cell is to be heated in a circulating air oven. The temperature of the oven is to be raised at a rate of 5℃±2℃ per minute to a temperature of 130℃±2℃ and remain for 30min at that temperature before the test is discontinued. No fire, no explosion.
- Nail penetration Test, a cell is to be penetrated completely the center of the largest side at the speed of 20-40mm per second by a Φ3.0mm stainless steel nail. No fire, no explosion.
- Short-circuit test, a Cell is to be short-circuited by connecting the positive and negative terminals of the cell with copper wire having a maximum resistance load of 50mΩ. Monitor its temperature while testing, the cell is to be discharged until the cell case temperature has returned to be 10℃ less then peak temperature. No fire, no explosion.
- Overcharge test, a cell is discharged to cut-off voltage at CC of 0.2C. Then it is to be subjected to CC/CV power by connecting its positive & negative terminal, then set the current as 3C, the voltage as 10V, after that, charge the cell up to 10V at CC of 3C, until that last 7h at the voltage of 10V or the voltage is no more increased. No fire, no explosion.
