Producing Proccess

 

Warranty

 

  • We offer 3 years warranty for battery packs in low discharge rate (below 1C) applications.
  • We offer 2 years warranty for battery packs in high discharge rate (1~3C) applications.
  • For charger / BMS, here are one year warranty.

In the period of warranty, there is any problem as the following description, Bestgo Power will take responsible for the replacement and repair.

 

      1. They can not be charged or discharged for the whole battery pack.

      2.  Under the standard condition for testing, capacity is not same as nominal Capacity.

      3.  For the low discharge application (discharged as 1C or below), the capacity is less than 80% in the first year, or less than 70% in the 2nd or 3rd year.
      4. For the nominal discharge application (Between 1C and 3C), the capacity is less than 80% in the first year, or less than 70% in the 2nd year.
      5. There is liquid leakage.
      6. There is some damage on battery pack’s case and accessory because it is caused by the battery.
      7. The charger or BMS is not working properly.
