SC Male to FC Female Fiber Optic Adapters manufactured by ANC International Co., Limited inexpensively adapt connector interfaces to new equipment, upgrade distribution panels and eliminate the need to re-terminate cable assemblies. Fiber optic adapter, sometimes also called coupler, is a small device designed to terminate or link the fiber optic cables or fiber optic connectors between two fiber optic lines. These hybrid SC Male to FC Female adapters change the existing FC connector on your fiber cable into an SC connector. The female to male fiber adapters have embedded fiber and ceramic sleeves inside to make precise connection. The fiber used inside can be SM, OM1, OM2, OM3, OM4 or other customized.
