         Introduction:

          WD600B Duetz Air-cooling  Welding Generator is a special welding maintenance equipment for offshore oil and gas rigs. WD600B adopts Duetz Air-cooling engine(Model:F4L912) diesel engine as power, powerful and steady, it can output AC 4kW(single-phase) power for running powered tools, meanwhile it can welding oil/gas carbon steel pipeline and carry out arc-air gouging.

    Characteristics on welding function:

     1. It can steadily output 50-600A welding current.Welding duty cycle: 60%/600A/44V, 100%/500A/40V, This machine can  carry out  carbon arc-air gouging with carbon rod of 10mm or above.

     2. The preset value and actual value of welding current / voltage can be displayed in real time, and the preset and actual output accurately match, which is convenient for welding specification adjustment.

       Characteristics in power generation:

   1. WD600B can output  1 ~ 230V / 4kW AC power, and can drive  water pump, angle grinder and other common electric tools & lighting equipment on field site.

   2. The water temperature, oil pressure, and oil quantity of the diesel engine are displayed with separate pointer meter, and the running status of the engine is clear at a glance.

   3. WD600B adopts the design concept of single-side centralized maintenance, which make maintenance faster &convenient.

   4.WD600 has forklift holes at the bottom and a lifting hook on the top,which facilitate transfer and transportation.
