Thermal Stable Polyester Micron Rated Felt Filter Bags For Hydraulic Oil

Share’s polyester felt filter bags provide reliable removal of both solid and gelatinous particles. The felt media is depth-loading to offer a high dirt holding capacity and with surface singed to reduce fiber migration. During operation, our flared top flange seal improves providing optimum performance. The integral plastic flange makes installation and disposal easier.

Standard Polyester felt media offers excellent compatibility with water, petroleum, animal or vegetable oils, organic solvents, alkali, oxidizing agents, organic acids, mineral acids as well as micro-organisms. Temperature limitation is 135°C. Micron ratings from 1 to 200 with a nominal (50-90%) efficiency.

Top and Seam Design Details

Polyester felt filter bags have a plastic flange sonically welded into their opening and integral handles as a standard feature. These bags are also available in standard “ring type” bag sizes. They make installment and removal faster and easier. As an added feature, Sew seam and fully welded seams are available.
