Share's tank gas cap breather filter combine the high quality thermoplastic with precise filter mesh. We cut the filter mesh in to small shapes, and put the mesh insert the injection mold.
A breather filter can be incorporated into the gas cap for air venting during use. The traditional Vehicle Gas caps function in multiple ways to protect and seal off the fuel tank system. The gas cap with air filter screws into the top of the filler neck and seals to keep out debris and block fuel vapor leakage.
The Function of Tank Breather Filter:
- Block debris and dust from entering the fuel tank during cap removal
- Control escape path for air pressure when opening the tank
- Reduction of the possibility of any fuel expulsion from the fuel tank towards the final user
