White Ultrasonic Welded Nylon Mesh Filter Bags For Industrial Filtration

General Introduction:

Monofilament Polyamide Filter Mesh, thanks to its impact strength, abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, is widely used in industrial fields for liquid filtration.

Filter Mesh made of polyamide (PA6) can be woven from 5tpi to 600tpi (threads per inch), which makes the opening as low as to 3um and as big as to 3000um.

Some fine polyamide filter mesh be used to make filter bags, however, traditional fabrication way is to sew the filter mesh into bags, the advantage of this method is the strength (sewn thread is also made of nylon), while the disadvantage is the stitch holes which will allow small particles pass through and pollute downstream.

In order to solve this, new method of fabrication is introduced to make the mesh filter bags, that is to weld mesh filter into bags, so there will be not stitiching holes, what's more, the welding is very strong and secure for filtration.
