Slitting Technique: Ultrasonically slit, Heat-slit, Cold-slit

Single or multilayer fabrics can be heat-slit or ultrasonically-slit into ribbon form. Compared with cold slitting techniques, ultrasonic-slitting has the edge of well edge-sealing, which prevents the edge from losing and fraying, while compared the heat-slitting, ultrasonic can get more cleaner and smoother edges.

Edges of heat-slit: Well sealed and closed edges.

Edges of ultrasonically slit: Well sealed and closed edges without fraying, clean and smooth. only apply                                                     for PA/PP/PET with mesh opening < 280 µm
