Monofilament woven filter meshes with micron rating from 3um to 2000um, available in different plastic resins, mainly: polyamide (PA6, PA66), polyester (PET), polypropyplene (PP), polyethylene (PE),working as surface filtration medium to filter particles from fluid or gases and let the fluid fluid and gas pass through the filter medium.

Woven filter meshes cannot be used just in large pieces, they have to be further fabricated into different shapes, sizes for different filtration processes, such as liquid filter bags, filter tubes, filter baskets, discs, pleated mesh filters, mesh cylinders, conical filters...

Liquid Filter bags: Mesh can be cut to size and sewn into cylinder bags with plastic collar, or steel ring, or plain collar without anything on the top or with a drawstring, edges can be sewn, or welded by ultrasonic welding.

Filter tubes, which are widely used for injection injection, overlapping filter tubes are fabricated and welded by ultrasonic welding techniques.

Disc filters, this can be fabricated by cold punching/die cutting, laser cutting, ultrasonic punching.
