Filter bags offer large surface, big flow and good dirt-holding capacity. Filter bags are relatively low retention-efficiency, but they are also cheap, disposable filters, and are often used as a coarse filter or pre-filter. They are available in different materials and sizes. 

Mesh filter bags come in a variety of needle felt materials: polypropylene (PP), Polyester (PE) and Nylon (NMO).

NMO (monofilament nylon mesh) are filter bags of nylon net. Unlike PP and PE using nylon bags surface filtration principle. Nylon bags are good for coarser filtration and higher temperatures. Our monofilament mesh bags are constructed of individual, twisted threads are woven with evenly distributed holes for better strength, perfectly suitable for accurate screening, straining and classify.

PP filter bags in polypropylene are the most common filter bags and can be used for most applications below 82°C. Both the filter media and assembly ring is made of food grade polypropylene.

PE filter bags are made from polyester with a ring of polypropylene, the filter bags are used for applications with high temperature than polypropylene.
