This machine is mainly used for producing granule for example filling master batch, co-mixing master batch, color master batch, functional master batch, toughening & reinforcing granule, wire cable material etc. The cutting granule way can be water cooling drawing bar, water circling mould face, eccentricity water fog, wind cooling hot cutting, conveyer belt drawing bar.

1. Adopt twin screw measuring feeder, feed with equality and without bridging. The feeding motor adopt AC motor, frequency speed regulation, it is interlock protection with main machine.

2. The screw is building block type structure. It can be adjusted basing on different raw material and technics for one machine for multi-purpose.

3. The decelerating part of wheel box and part of torque distribution are incorporate. Adopt three shaft design, the structure is compact.

4. Can select manual screen exchange, gamely quick open screen exchange or hydraulic pressure quick screen exchange.

Adopt high quality aptitude temperature control meter, digital type meter show the current of main machine directly and it is also interlock protection with main machine.
