What is an Extruder Machine

Extruder machines press solid and viscous media through a die. Metal and plastic can be formed in an extrusion process.

Continuous inkjet printers and laser marking machines can apply alphanumeric text and codes on a variety of extruded products including wire,cable and pipe.

Extrusion Working Principle

Extrusion is a continuous process where plastic flakes are inserted into the hopper and extruded into a line of plastic. The extrusion machine runs continuously so,technically,if you have enough plastic and a well-streamlined process you could be recycling. With the extrusion machine you can create filament,granulate or get creative working with moulds.

Usage & scope of application

The production line is mainly used to produce fluorescent tube, LED tube, PC tube, transparent twin-color tube, frosted tube and types of fluorescent tube include glossy, two-color, abrasive, sandblasted, photodiffusion and semi-cycle, etc.

Main characteristics

1. The extruder uses high efficient screw with frequency speed control to achieve stable start of low speed.

2. The temperature errors can be controlled within ±1℃ by imported temperature meter.

3. Different extruders are used according to different raw materials.

4. The water collect basin for setting table is made by stainless steel with top quality vacuum pump.

5. The tractor is controlled by inverter. It can lift manually or automatically. The cutter uses overseas blade to position and cut.
