Single or double Stage Coiler Winding Machine technical requirements

1. The machine is used for PE, PPR pipe winding, it can be matched with the whole line of produce extruder, spraying cooling tank, haul-off machines, printing machines.

2. Generally it was installed in the haul-off machine after the procedure, by directly winding after haul-off and packing to avoid winding confusing.
The machine is double disc winding.

3. It needed the constant tension and constant speed of transmission lines.

Application

1. Details:Normally this machine is used together with our pipe production line. It is mainly used to collect the plastic flexible pipes and soft sealing strips such as aluminum-plastic compound pipe, crosslinked pipe, PE pipe and PVC pipe, etc.

2. The machine will automatically collect and the winding speed is controlled by tension. Electromagnetic clutch is used to change the disk so as to make sure the machine can continuously work with nonstop.

3. The arm of winding disk will open or close through pneumatic combination mode. The machine is fixed with ray creel stand for automatically pipe arrangement so as to make the pipe coil even and regular.

4. The machine was mainly used to tolling and packing of the plastic soft pipings Tt matches other equipment in usage to effect the automatization of processing

5. This double disk coiler has a longer winder length than the single one.
