Product Description

1 .  The PVC pipe extrusion line host is single screw extruder, suitable for producing soft PVC hose.
2 .  The soft pipe production line includes vacuum feeder, drying hopper, SJ65 single screw extruder, mould, cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacker.

3 .  The extruder uses ABB inverter, Siemens motor, Siemens contactor, Schneider circuit breaker, Omron temperature controller, ensure the long-term operation of the equipment is more stable.

4 .  The speed of the haul off machineis controlled by frequency conversion.

5 .  A fixed length cutting or winding machine can be selected as needed.

Applications
