PVC Granulation Extrusion Line Description
1. The machine mainly produces PVC granules by hot cutting. The equipment is advanced, it has characteristic of strong universal and high output.

Process
A wet extrusion process can be a continuous or a batch operation and typically consists of the following steps:
1. First the powders need to be dosed and homogenized as required by the recipe. All challenges related with these processes need to be dealt with. Before being delivered to the extrusion line, a reliable feeder with a mass flow pattern is required.
2. A wet extrusion line includes a mixing and kneading device that fulfils an important function. A liquid addition system will spray or drip water or an organic solvent onto the dry powder bed. As the kneading progresses, a homogeneous wet dough is formed.

6. The spaghetti will be cut directly by cutter and then the granules will be transported to the silo directly by air conveyor so no broken spaghetti will happen.
7.Water vent air vent and vacuum pump are equipped on the barrel to discharge the water and air so the granule quality is guaranteed.
