The forming machine is mainly composed of a shaping mechanism, a front and rear moving system, a haul odd system, a cutting system, a water-cooling mechanism, a preformed roller cylinder, a track, a safety cover and an electrical control box.

This machine adopts advanced inverter to control speed , through the motor, reducer and sprocket, chain across connection speed reducer output chain wheel and haul off drive sprocket, transfer the power to traction roll which under the tractor. There is a pare of power distribution on the haul off cylinder. This pair of the gear of power distribution is meshing with each other, to force uniform distribution on the up and down haul off roller, synchronous rotation, haul off the plastic tiles products continuously. Continuous uninterrupted production, finally according to the user required length to cut directly by cutting machine. This forming method not only reduces the cost, and improve the production efficiency greatly, simplifies the process and reduce the labor intensity.
