SJ series conical twin screw extruder is specially adopted in the extrusion of PVC powder material, as well as PVC wood composite material. Barrel adopts cast aluminum heating rings for heating, and air blower system for cooling, which has the characteristics of equal heat transmission , convenient operation and maintenance ,etc.Screw core part adopts high-efficiency automatic circulation cooling system. Structure of screw can be customized according to different material formulation, in order to achieve best plasticizing effect.

The gear is made up of 38CrMoALA alloy steel with nitriding treatment.

Imported temperature controller for the controlling system, with accuracy ±1℃. Main motor adopts imported brand frequency controller or DC controller for speed control electrical system is equipped with multi-mal-function alarm device, as well as over-current protection.
