It's mainly applied in the building construction, to meet high quality roofing tile demand.This product adopts the advanced foreign technology, and designed for corrosion resistance of plant and heavy acid area, it's a new generation of permanent roofing material.Surface material: weather ability resin, to keep the durability and resistance to chemical corrosion of product.This product adopts a processing two layer co-extrusion and resistance to chemical corrosion of products. The two different material given the each features of product. Smooth face and get together well. The new APVC anticorrosive composite wave tile solves the problems of durability, corrosion resistance, small rigid, the sense of space and aesthetic.
PVC glazed tile extrusion line consists of premixing units, conical extruder, co-extruder, T-die mold, calibration device, embossing rollers, saw cutter, hauling set, etc. Process is: premixing the PVC resin with fillers, additives, then extrude the mixed PVC materials together with ASA/PMMA co-extruding, to T-die molding; after calibration, embossing, cutting, to make the final PVC tile.
