Working Principle:

The automatic wafer cone baking machine consists of an electrical control system, a battering system, an automatic mould opening and closing and a gas system. It is a kind of food machinery and equipment for producing ice cream wafer cones. Through continuous operation of shaping, baking, forming rows, demoulding and conveyor belt stacking, different shapes and styles of ice cream wafer cones are made from different moulds.

The machine is PLC controlled and has functions such as automatic ignition, acceleration and deceleration, and automatic palletizing of the demoulding device, which greatly reduces the work intensity of the personnel and improves the working efficiency.
