For outside working yard, the gantry crane is a good choice. The truss type single girder gantry crane is a light duty gantry crane. It is mainly for heavy duty working designing, such as 24 hours logisitc yard, steel factory, fabrication yard, mining, port, railway station etc. The gantry crane can be equipped with hook, grab or magnet, or combination of the 3 devices. At present, the standard rated load is 1t-20t; the span is 5m ～ 28.5m (or wider), and non-standard design can also be carried out according to user needs. Working in an environment without fire, explosion hazard and corrosive media, it is prohibited to lift molten metal, toxic, flammable and explosive materials. Gantry cranes can choose ground operation + remote control or cab and other operation modes.

Main Features

1. Metal structure

• Truss gantry crane is mainly composed of truss girder, legs, lower cross beams and other components, structure components using shaft connecting, easy disassembly and transport.
• The whole gantry crane adopts single girder, trolley part using hoist or electric hoist, trolley across the upper part of the main beam, hoisting mechanism lifting rope from both sides of the main beam, which can lift shape large object.

2. Operating mechanism

• The cart of this product adopts separate driving mode, generally four-wheel two-wheel drive. Completed by YSE motor, LD deceleration device, and motor with brake.

3. Lifting mechanism

• It is completed by an independent component electric hoist suspended on the lower flange of the main beam I-beam.

4. Safety and Electrical

• The motor used in this product is a dedicated soft-start motor of Ningbo Xindatong Motor Factory. The control box is a DK1 special electrical control box wired operation on the ground. The running speed is 20m / min. The crane is equipped with safety devices such as: travel limit switch, undervoltage, overcurrent protection, wrong phase protection, emergency switch, etc., which meets the requirements of relevant standards.
• All driving control power supply and driving lighting power supply are powered by isolation transformers according to the relevant regulations, so that the equipment can operate safely and effectively.
