The main features of the crane:

1. The lifting trolley consists of a seat-mounted electric hoist and related drives, and the electric hoist is matched with an overload limiter;

2. The crane trolley adopts double drive, the running motor adopts brand-name products, the motor has soft start function; the reducer is LDA type structure;

3. The crane truck adopts double drive, the running motor adopts ZDR product of Nanjing Special Motor Factory, and the braking of the motor is completed by segmentation of the resistor to further reduce the impact of the crane when starting and braking;

4, there are standard grounding protection, insulation resistance, short circuit protection, voltage loss protection, overcurrent (overload) protection, power supply faulted phase protection;

5. The bridge frame is a four-beam structure. The two main beams and the two beams are connected by bolts for easy disassembly, transportation, installation and adjustment. There are maintenance cages on the side of the trolley line for maintenance of the whole machine and safety slip line. .
