The AGV robot provided by us belongs to the application system of the task execution layer. The system structure is as follows: The AGV upper control system consists of an AGV ground control system and an AGV graphical monitoring system.The AGV ground control system is the core of the entire AGV system. According to the handling tasks assigned by the warehouse management system, it assigns tasks to idle AGVs according to a certain priority, coordinates all AGVs in the dispatching system, completes the handling tasks with the best solution, and uniformly directs traffic to avoid collisions between AGVs. At the same time, it manages the automatic charging of AGVs and completes communication with peripheral equipment. The AGV graphical monitoring system is the human-computer interaction interface of the AGV system. It provides a graphical user interface that enables users to intuitively and conveniently monitor the operation of the AGV system, such as vehicle walking, operating conditions, task execution, etc. Wireless Ethernet is used to connect the AGV ground control system and each AGV; RS485 is used to connect the AGV ground control system and the I/O module.The I/O module is used to connect to external devices. |
