Working principle of oil well pump: oil well pump is a special form of reciprocating pump. The power is transmitted from the ground to the downhole through the sucker rod, so that the plunger of the oil well pump moves up and down, lifting the oil and PetroChina to the ground along the tubing. Oil well pump is mainly composed of pump barrel, plunger, oil inlet valve (suction valve or fixed valve) and oil outlet valve (discharge valve or traveling valve). When the electric oil pump upstrokes The lower pump chamber below the plunger When the volume increases and the pressure decreases, the oil inlet valve opens under the action of its upper and lower pressure difference Crude oil enters the lower chamber. At the same time, the oil outlet valve is closed under the action of its upper and lower pressure difference, and the crude oil in the upper pump chamber above the plunger is discharged to the ground along the oil pipe. Similarly, during the down stroke, the plunger compresses the crude oil between the oil inlet valve and the oil outlet valve. Close the oil inlet valve. Open the oil outlet valve, and the crude oil in the lower pump chamber enters the upper pump chamber. Once the plunger is up and down, the oil well pump completes a cycle. Repeat the cycle again and again.
