The frozen meat cutting machine is mainly composed of frame, reducer, motor, tool rest, an eccentric shaft assembly, main cutter assembly, and hydraulic system. The main motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the reducer, the fork on the main shaft drives the upper knife grid, the lower knife grid and the left and right reciprocating motion, the material pushed out by the push block is cut into strips, and the main cutter cuts the meat strips into diced meat. The size of the diced meat is determined by the number of blades in the knife grid. It is widely used in meat processing factory and restaurant.
The meat cube cutting machine is used for cutting frozen meat into cubes. The cutting effective is best when the meat temperature is -3℃~-4℃. Size of meat cubes is 4~30 mm.
