Introduction:

This processing line consists of three parts:meat cutter, hoist, 3D meat dicer. It is suitable for cutting the frozen pork, beef, lamb, poultry meat, fish etc from whole pieces one time cut into small or big cubes, strips and slice shape.

The first part meat cutter can cut the whole pieces -18 ℃ frozen meat into 115*115mm, highly segmentation efficiency, the second part hoist will transfer the 115*115mm size frozen meat into third parts meat dicer cut into small or big cube, strips and slice shape. The finished cut product still frozen, regular shape. Widely use in meat processing factory, large central kitchen etc.
