Working Principle

This product takes the Pneumatic principle, through the air compressor to provide high pressure peeled garlic.
For better effects,air pressure from air compressor need to be 0.8-0.9Mpa,air flow 2 m³/min. air compressed from the air compressor was transported into the garlic peeling machine through the national standard exhaust pipe. measured by a independent barometer, ensured the peeled garlic can not be damaged by the air pressure during the processing.

Working Process

Garlic peeling machine is controlled by the feeding,peeling and Discharge three switches. the Moisture content of garlic need to be peeled better controlled at 35%-45%. feeding time should adjust into 3s-5s through the feeding switch; peeling switch adjusted into 5s-8s, discharge switch adjusted into 3s-5s after starting the air compressor, put garlic into the inlet, adjust the time controlled by the three switches ,when the air pressure get 0.8-0.9Mpa, air flow comes up to 1.06m³/min, then turn on the garlic peeling machine, this machine will peel garlic automatically without any hurt to the garlic.
