Poultry Meat Saline Water Injecting Machine:
This machine for injection saline and additive into meat and make the meat fully pickled, injection prepared water to make meat tender, soft, improved meat quality and production rate. As a key part of pickled meat production line, saline injection machine inject salt water, starch, soy protein and accessories into the meat fully preserved, so that meat could be tender, soft, improved mouth bits of meat and meat products increased production rate.

Working principle of Brine Injection Machine:

1. The machine adopt 4 layer filter in order to separate absolutely, and can output the small meat dices from the inject liquid. So that to ensure injecting smoothly.
2. The driving chain and needles can be removed, so it is convenient to replace.
3. The injecting pressure can be adjusted in 0.1-0.8MPA according to different meat material.
4. It is optional to equip with frequency control, so the stepping distance and speed of chain can be adjustable.
5. The machine can be used for fish, poultry meat etc. through changing the needle.
