Equipment introduction
1. Structure:
It is composed of front supporting seat, feeding hopper, screw, filter,sadie, rear support, the Pomace Draining groove and other parts, the left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, the right end is supported in the hand wheel bearing seat, Triangle pulley drive screw to work.
2. Working principle:
The main component of the equipment is a spiral. The bottom diameter of the spiral gradually increases along the exit direction of the slag, while the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is propelled by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced to form the material squeezing. The raw material is fed into the hopper and pressed under the helical propulsion. The squeezed juice flows through the strainer into the bottom juice holder, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the spiral and the conical part of the pressure regulation. The pressure head moves along the axial direction to adjust the size of the gap.
