Horizontal Bead Mill is a Nano Scale wet grinding and dispersing for closed continuous production. Comparing with traditional Basket grinding equipment, it uses Yttrium stabilized zirconium beads with higher specific gravity and higher hardness as grinding medias. And it shows higher grinding efficiency(2 to 3 times higher), better final fineness(nano scale ), wider application(Available for middle and high viscosity materials) and better wear resistance, easy operation and high reliability. The machine is also with temperature and pressure monitor and protection to ensure the quality of the ultrafine product.
How it work
The Bead mill machine grinding parts is the chamber , There is an feeding inlet in the chamber .. materials feeding by pump into the chamber .within the shaft rotating in a proper speed ,the rotos with dispersing the materials in all direction and by meantime ,the grinding media rotating in the chamber ,so the materials will undertake an strong collision and friction with media to achieve grinding by continuous rotating of shaft .So the materials come into a fineness size ,then the materials pass an sieve to separate media and materials , materials will work out through the outlet and the media keep in chamber for continuous working . It guarantee the quality of the materials.
