Specifications
The necessary energy for dispersion and grinding is transmitted to the grinding beads by the agitator turbine rotors. The mill is fed continuously by a geared pump equipped with speed control drive. The adjustment of time spent in the grinding chamber is performed by variation of the pump speed. The retention of the grinding beads in the chamber is provided by means of an adjustable static gap separation.
With optimum utilization of the energy input into the chamber for dispersion and grinding processes, the efficiency of the MILL is in required level.

Specially shaped agitator rotors provide a good energy input and prevent the
packing of grinding beads in one point -
Cooling efficiency increased by spiral flow of the cooling water.

For 1.4L lab use bead mill, it is outside transfer pump. User can choose double-diaphragm fluid transfer pump, gear pump, screw pump according to raw materials viscosity.
