Heat Treatment

1. The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy pipes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.1. When the buyer re-inspects, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition of Mingkun Titanium shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.2.
2. The allowable deviation of the outer diameter of the pipe shall comply with the provisions in Table 1.
3. The allowable deviation of the pipe wall thickness should not exceed ±12.5% of its nominal wall thickness, and the allowable deviation of the pipe wall thickness does not apply to the weld of the titanium welded pipe.
4. The length of the pipe should meet the requirements in Table 2.
5. The fixed length or double length of the pipe should be within the range of its variable length, the allowable deviation of the fixed length is +10mm, and the double length should also be included in the incision amount when the pipe is cut, and each incision amount should be 5mm .
