TA2 tensile strength is greater than or equal to 400, yield is 275-450, elongation TA2 is greater than or equal to 20%, and the process performance requires that TA2 flare is not less than 20%.

The mechanical and chemical properties of industrial pure titanium are similar to those of stainless steel. It is superior to austenitic stainless steel in oxidation resistance, but its heat resistance is poor. The plastic toughness decreases sequentially. Pure titanium has high strength. In the annealed state, σb=300-500MPa, which is similar to carbon structural steel. After heat treatment, the strength can reach σb=1000-1400MPa, which is similar to high-strength structural steel, and it still has high strength at high temperature.
